Job summary

Antal International in Gurgaon is seeking a Joint Manager / Deputy Manager for uPVC profile design. The role focuses on leading the design of window/door systems, creating CAD drawings, and coordinating with product, engineering, procurement and production teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience, a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Technology, and strong skills in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, with a deep understanding of UPVC profiles and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• Good understanding of UPVC profiles, hardware and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of uPVC profiles and development of window/door systems with focus on innovation and manufacturability.
• Create detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar tools.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, procurement and production teams for development.
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards and building regulations.
• Optimize designs for cost, performance and ease of manufacturing.
• Conduct market research and incorporate customer feedback into new product designs.
• Support new product development, testing and prototype validation.
• Maintain complete design documentation, BOMs and revision records.
• Mentor junior designers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, manufacturing processes and project management is preferred.
