Job description

Maintain detailed records of department activities. Prepare and submit regular reports on performance and productivity. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Coordination:

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Address and resolve any inter-departmental issues that impact department efficiency.

Technical Requirements:

1. Train team members about Decohub, Parametric software.
2. Update weekly and monthly submittals as per design.
3. Follow the SOP for Design and Conversion.
4. Maintain data for repeated mistakes and take corrective actions.
5. Before proceeding with drawings, consider the following points:

• Product the client is looking for.
• Color shade for fabric, wood, and designs.
• Any deviation from the standard module is considered customized.

Prepare drawings and post them in the ERP software.

Check all revisions according to client/dealer requirements in coordination with the project coordinator.

Ensure all records are maintained for revisions.

Ensure conversion drawings are given to the production/planning team as per SOP.
