Responsabilités

• Review customer enquiries and draft BOMs for projects.
• Create 3D models and detailed drawings for machines and sub-assemblies.
• Prepare BOMs and manufacturing drawings with GD&T, materials, and part details.
• Maintain engineering docs, BOMs, and product data in ERP.
• Prepare ECNs and manage design revisions and changes.
• Support development and standardization of welding automation products.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, reliability, and ease of assembly.
• Participate in design reviews and coordinate project activities to mitigate risks.
• Ensure ISO procedures and internal quality standards are followed.
• Maintain all documentation accordingly.

Role & responsibilities :

• 1. Review customer enquiries, develop suitable design concepts, and prepare preliminary Bills of Materials (BOMs) for assigned projects.
• 2. Design calculations for making basic design concept.
• 3. Prepare and coordinate the Design Approval Process (DAP) documentation for assigned projects.
• 4. Create accurate 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for machines, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
• 5. Prepare complete BOMs and manufacturing drawings with appropriate GD&T, material specifications, and part details, and ensure accurate ERP entry for each component.
• 6. Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawings, BOMs, and product data in the ERP system.
• 7. Prepare Engineering Change Notes (ECNs), control design revisions, and ensure timely implementation of approved changes.
• 8. Support the development, improvement, and standardization of welding automation products and design modules.
• 9. Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability, and ease of assembly.
• 10. Participate in design reviews, coordinate assigned project activities, identify technical risks and delivery constraints early, and elevate major issues to support right-first-time execution.
• Maintain all design and project documentation in accordance with applicable ISO procedures and internal quality standards
