Job summary

Sahil Enterprises in Maharashtra, Thane invites a Design Engineer specializing in PVC injection moulding to join our production team. With 4–6 years of hands-on experience, you will design moulds, create 2D drawings and 3D CAD models, and prepare BOMs and assemblies.

You will collaborate with Tool Room, Production and Quality teams, incorporate feedback from trials, ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness, and maintain drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PVC injection moulding experience required.
• Experience designing PVC pipe fittings preferred.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo or Siemens NX.
• Ability to prepare mould assemblies and BOM.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer - PVC Injection Moulding with 4-6 years of relevant experience in designing and developing PVC injection moulds. The candidate will create and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models, prepare mould assemblies, component drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM), and coordinate with Tool Room, Production and Quality teams throughout mould development. Hands-on experience in PVC injection moulding is mandatory; experience designing PVC pipe fittings is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in SolidWorks, Creo or Siemens NX and have a strong understanding of mould construction, technical drawings, PVC material behaviour, DFM and shop-floor processes.
