Job summary

Job Grip seeks an experienced mould design engineer to independently design and develop PVC/plastic injection moulds for pipe fittings. You will ensure design accuracy and manufacturability, release drawings and BOM, and lead design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on mould design experience, practical understanding of mould manufacturing processes, and strong communication skills to coordinate with Tool Room, Production and Quality.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in designing moulds for plastic/PVC pipe fittings is preferred.
• Practical understanding of mould manufacturing machining, fitting, assembly & mould trials.
• Good communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop PVC/plastic injection moulds with responsibility for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Coordinate with Tool Room, Production and Quality, manage drawing release, BOM, and design reviews.
