Job summary

Genxhire Services is seeking engineers to design textile machinery and components using CAD software, developing specifications and schematics for high-performance systems. You will conduct feasibility studies, coordinate prototyping and testing, and resolve design issues during testing to ensure safety and durability.

Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to integrate new technology and stay updated with advances in textile machinery.

Responsibilities

• Design textile machinery, components and systems using CAD software
• Develop technical specifications, design calculations and schematics for machinery and related systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and design analysis to ensure machines meet performance requirements
• Coordinate the prototyping and testing of designs to ensure functionality, safety and durability
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during prototype testing and improve design based on feedback
• Work closely with production, manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Coordinate with the R&D team to develop new technology and integrate it into machine designs
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in textile machinery and incorporate them into designs
• Prepare detailed design reports, user manuals and project documentation
• Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes to ensure proper project management
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and safety guidelines.
