Job summary

Kirby Building Systems - A group company of Alghanim Industries seeks a Structural Engineer with hands-on PEB design experience to analyze and design PEM steel structures. The role involves estimating steel quantities, creating design sketches, and preparing detailed calculations in alignment with project specs.

You will review drawings and collaborate with drafting and project teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PEB and structural steel design.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

• Perform analysis and design of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB) and structural steel structures using STAAD.Pro Connect Edition.
• Prepare precise estimations of steel quantities, including primary, secondary members, and sheeting.
• Develop design sketches and detailed design calculations for various building components.
• Execute connection design in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Review and check approval drawings to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with drafting and project teams for seamless integration of design and detailing work.
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on PEB design experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD for documentation and design coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering — mandatory.
