Job summary

Headway Tek Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to own the end-to-end design and development lifecycle for plastic trim components used in 4-wheelers. You will analyze styling inputs, finalize concepts, and perform detailed regulatory checks to ensure compliance.

You will validate packaging feasibility with environment parts, manage BOMs, ECR/ECO releases, and documentation using Teamcenter and Enovia, and contribute to risk analyses with fishbone diagrams and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in plastic defects along with Tooling conditions.
• Validate packaging feasibility with environment parts , ensure technical signoff, BOMs, complexity matrices and manage RFQ packages.
• Able to work Teamcenter and Enovia for BOM, ECR/ECO release, and documentation.
• Exposure risk matrices, fishbone diagrams, and mitigation plans with clarity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership.
