Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in design engineering and product design, translating requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of electrical engineering concepts relevant to machinery design.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machines, jigs, and fixtures that meet customer specs and industry standards.
• Create and review CAD models and drawings, ensuring manufacturability and quality.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support prototype development and testing, including validation and testing activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews.

Role Description

The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing machines, jigs, and fixtures that align with customer specifications and industry standards. The role involves preparing technical documentation, participating in design reviews, and working closely with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and hands-on involvement in the manufacturing process.

• With Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements accurately.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
• Experience in industrial machinery, jigs, fixtures, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
