Devyani International Limited (DIL) is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Projects Design for QSR. • Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• 4–7 years of experience in retail, QSR or hospitality for the Assistant Manager role.
• 7–10 years of experience for the Deputy Manager role.
• Experience in QSR, retail chains, hospitality, or food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review store layouts, architectural drawings, interior designs, and technical specifications for new and existing outlets.
• Coordinate with brand teams, architects, consultants, landlords, and project execution teams to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Support restaurant development activities including site feasibility assessments, space planning, and concept design.
• Review and approve design submissions from consultants and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire and safety norms, accessibility requirements, and local building codes.
• Develop and maintain standard design templates, specifications, and design guidelines across formats.
• Collaborate with Projects, Operations, Procurement, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and address design-related challenges during execution.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising brand standards and customer experience.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and design records.

Role Overview

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in retail, QSR or hospitality.

Deputy Manager

• 7–10 years of experience in in retail, QSR or hospitality.

Prior experience in QSR, retail chains, hospitality, or food service organizations preferred.
