Ingersoll Rand India Ltd invites an experienced Deputy Sales Manager West to drive Screw pumps sales across the Western region. You will cultivate new and existing customer relationships, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle with support from technical teams.

The role demands a robust network in oil & gas, steel, cement and power sectors, plus experience in selling pumps or related fluid handling equipment. Travel within the Western Region is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical required.
• 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in industrial equipment.
• Experience selling Pumps or similar fluid handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth of Screw pumps across Western region.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify market opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Develop sales strategy and forecasting.
• Manage distributor and contractor relationships.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to customers.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of Screw pumps across the Western regions. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. The profile will work closely with the technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in diverse industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power , Chemicals, Oil terminals and Marine.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong network within key industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power, Chemicals, and Marine
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer technical solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience working with distributors, OEMs, and engineering contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP will be a plus.
