Job summary

Neolite Zkw Lightings is seeking a procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing for electronic components, negotiate costs and drive VA/VE initiatives. The role covers PCB/PCBA, semiconductors, sensors and other critical materials, with emphasis on timely availability and supplier performance across QA, engineering and production teams.

The candidate will coordinate RFQs/POs, manage contracts and ensure optimal terms while maintaining BOM alignment and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development: Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers for electronic components while ensuring quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Cost Negotiation & Cost Reduction: Lead price negotiations, benchmarking, VA/VE initiatives and cost-reduction programs to achieve annual procurement savings.
• Electronics Component Procurement: Manage procurement of PCB/PCBA, semiconductors, sensors, connectors, ICs, electronic components and other materials as per BOM and production requirements.
• Supply & Inventory Management: Ensure timely material availability by managing lead times, supplier schedules, shortages, inventory levels and delivery performance.
• Supplier Performance & Commercial Management: Monitor supplier performance on QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery), manage RFQs/POs, contracts and resolve supplier-related issues with Quality, Engineering and Production teams.
