Job summary

Kineco in Goa, India, is seeking a project execution professional to lead end-to-end delivery for railway coaches, rail components, assemblies and related projects. You will develop and monitor schedules, coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, SCM, Procurement, Engineering and Customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, SCM, Procurement, Engineering and Customer teams.
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and identify delays, risks and corrective actions.
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications and customer requirements for project execution.
• Coordinate material availability, production planning and manufacturing activities to meet project schedules.
• Track project cost, manpower, material requirements and resource utilization.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS, progress reports and project dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and external agencies for project-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to railway/customer standards, quality requirements, safety procedures and contractual specifications
• Support customer inspections, audits, FAT/inspection activities and final project documentation.
• Manage project documentation including schedules, MOMs, action trackers, change requests and closure reports.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans in coordination with concerned departments.
• Support installation, commissioning, trial runs and project handover, wherever applicable.
