Johnson Controls in Ahmedabad seeks a Deputy Project Manager to lead IBMS and Building Controls projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with clients, consultants and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution of BMS, CCTV, ACS and building automation installations.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and 7+ years in project management, with hands-on experience in IBMS/BMS and integrated security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in project execution and project management.
• Proven experience managing IBMS/BMS, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS) and Building Controls & Automation projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and Building Automation projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS, CCTV, ACS, and building automation solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project commercials, change orders, billing milestones, and revenue realization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor site engineers, project engineers, and subcontractors.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise along with hands-on experience in BMS/Controls, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Integrated Security Solutions. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and Building Automation projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of: Building Management Systems (BMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Building Controls & Automation Solutions
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
