Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering discipline.
• 3-8 years of IBMS project experience.
• Hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage IBMS projects involving BMS, CCTV, and ACS.
• Perform site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, method statements, and as-built drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS, CCTV, and ACS systems.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support integration activities between building automation and security platforms.
• Provide post-installation support and customer training when required.

Job Summary
