Job summary

Johnson Controls Ltd is seeking a Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager - IBMS/CFS to lead end-to-end IBMS/CFS project execution for commercial and industrial clients. The role requires hands-on experience in planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, with frequent travel to project sites.

The successful candidate will coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to specifications, budgets, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8–15 years of experience in IBMS/CFS project execution and management.
• PMP candidate preferred; knowledge of MS Project and Primavera.
• Hands-on expertise in IBMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV & Surveillance, PA, and Building Automation Systems (BMS).
• Proven experience in Testing & Commissioning and project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities across locations.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager with a strong background in CFS/IBMS projects , preferably in Commercial & Industrial Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, testing, commissioning, and delivery of IBMS systems for large-scale projects. The role will be based in Mumbai and requires frequent travel to project sites in Surat and Maharashtra.
