Job summary

Hire Best Recruitment Company in Thane is seeking a Planning Lead to coordinate resource planning for materials, machinery and site needs, ensuring optimum utilisation and on-time execution.

You will guide a planning team, ensure timely contractor sign-offs and present planning updates to HO/Client and other stakeholders, coordinating with site teams and vendors to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare resource plans i.e. Material, Material, machinery, etc.
• Guide sub-ordinates for preparation formwork mobilization plan & tracking of optimum utilisation.
• Lead presentation to HO/Client & other stake holders for Planning Department.

Required Candidate profile

• Follow up for Processing of timely payments of contractors / vendors
• Sign off schedule with all contractors.
• Provision of necessary resources and guidance to the site planning team.
