Job summary

Furlenco is seeking a smart, driven operations professional to lead end-to-end warehouse operations and drive performance across multiple warehouses. The role focuses on optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Must maintain inventory accuracy and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive city P&L and control recurring warehouse costs in line with capacity and forecasting.
• Create, maintain, and report monthly budgets to the concerned teams.
• Resolve warehouse/inventory issues without compromising company interests.
• Ensure daily reports are updated and audited for accuracy.
• Lead audits and ensure process compliance in each warehouse.
• Collaborate with Bangalore team to implement new operational plans.
• Develop OKRs for warehouse and Last Mile; track monthly.
• Maintain perpetual stock count and conduct random inventory checks.
• Coach teams across departments and support HR recruitment locally.
• Ensure accurate product inventory for clients and streamline operations with a tracking system.

Furlenco is looking for a smart, driven, and self-motivated professional who is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving warehouse performance, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performance culture. This individual will lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensure operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Drive the City P&L and monitor the recurring cost very closely at each warehouse level · Ensuring the labours / Logistics and Last Mile is in sync with the capacity build and fits into our forecasting model
• Responsible to create and maintain the budget month on month and report the same to the concerned
• Working towards resolving issues at the warehouse/Inventory front ensuring overall interest of the company is not compromised
• Ensuring timely update of all reports on a day to day basis by the WH team and checking on sanity of the same
• Drive the audit and process compliance within each warehouse and ensure it is strictly followed without any exception
• Work hand in hand with the Bangalore team to develop/implement new plans/ ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at large
• Develop OKR’s at the warehouse/Last Mile level for each line reporting and track the same monthly
• Ensure the Perpetual stock count / audit dashboard is completed every week and conduct random check to confirm the same
• Coach and mentor people in all the departments in his region
• Work closely with the HR team and Drive the recruitment in his respective city
• Ensure accurate product inventory for clients
• Develop an inventory tracking system to streamline our business operations
• Communicate with our Warehouse Manager about current stock and potential issues with orders
• Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues
• Report on inventory activities and variances
• Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery
