Job summary

• FTG estimation and capacity planning for new projects.
• Sound knowledge of Catia, forming Suite, Material Flow analysis.
• Installation of new project in Plant with all activity.

• MIS monitoring with timely escalations.
• Knowledge of Proto parts Tools & Fixtures Development.
• Sheet metal stamping, Fabrication, PT & CED and Painting.
• APQP & PPAP activities knowledge.
• Vendor upgradation through Technical Guidance & Collaboration.
• Expertise in VAVE and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and process sign-off activities.
• Coordinate with plant teams for line lay-out and installation.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, escalate issues.
• Drive cost-down initiatives through VAVE and supplier development.

• 1. Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet metal Stamping Parts, Robotic Weld line, development of aggregates like Cargo assy, Frame Assy, Cabin Assy etc
• 2. Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Assy Line Lay outing, Tack & Most calculation, Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.
• 3. RFQ, Process Sign-off, Quote Synthesis, Commercials / VOB, APQP, PR/PO/Schedules, Packaging, Time line monitoring, Development Tracking, Producitonisation, Concern closures and Co-ordination with Plant team.
