Qualificações

• B.Tech or Diploma in engineering with relevant industry training.
• Experience in engine assembly and testing quality issues.
• Exposure to TPM in machining environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve process and quality issues in engine assembly and testing.
• Identify engine defects and conduct root cause analyses.
• Set up machining lines for new models and ramp-ups.
• Improve capacity through debottlenecking and efficiency gains.
• Implement zero rejection concepts and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues via cross-functional teams.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• 1. Process Issues / Quality issues Resolution related to engine assembly and testing.
• 2. Engine defect identification and root cause analysis
• 3. New model Machining set up , line setup and ramp up
• 4. Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
• 5. Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept
• 6. Revenue cost reduction –initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation
• 7.Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT
• 8. Generate Safety working culture
• 9. Develop improvement culture
• 10. Knowledge of quality systems and adherence
• 11. Implementation of TPM in Machining
• 12. Driving Tool cost reduction, Power cost Reduction & productivity improvement projects
