• Diploma Mechanical or BE Mechanical/BE Automobile qualification.
• Experience: Diploma 8–10 years or BE 5+ years.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality through process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop and PTCED shop.
• Analyse assembly process, product criticalities and supplier parts.
• Drive continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to improve product quality.
• Implement POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
• Monitor SOP/SOS compliance via periodic audits, SPC and MSA studies.
• Engineering Change Management and exposure to Quality management systems.

• Ensure quality of Tractors through Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop
• Understanding of basic assembly process, criticality in process & product.
• Good knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components.
• Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
• Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
• Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
• Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
• Exposure to Quality management systems
