Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer for its automotive manufacturing facility in India. You will lead audits across tractor assembly lines, paint shop, and related processes, applying ISO 9001, TS 16949 and TPM principles to ensure defect-free production.

You will leverage expertise in sheet metal and plastic components, drive continuous improvements, analyze customer complaints, and implement corrective actions to standardize quality procedures.

Qualificações

• 10 to 12 years in Automobile Manufacturing in Quality Assurance or manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, TS 16949, and TPM.

Responsabilidades

• Audit tractor assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop to ensure quality.
• Utilize sheet metal and plastics knowledge; support continuous process improvements.
• Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions to standardize quality procedures.
• Analyze assembly line rejections and supplier parts; drive corrective actions.
• Implement best practices for quality management in the plant.

• Your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the quality of tractors through product and process audits of tractor assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop.
• You will utilize your expertise in sheet metal and plastic components, support continuous process improvements, handle new product and process implementation, and resolve concerns reported in new products. Additionally, you will be responsible for engine and transmission aggregate assembly functional knowledge, customer complaint analysis, and quality assurance functions in the assembly plant.
• You will play a key role in analysing customer complaints, assembly line rejections, supplier parts, and taking corrective actions to standardize all quality procedures.
• Your experience in quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, and TPM will be valuable in implementing best practices and achieving consistent product quality.
