Job summary

KMV Projects Ltd. is seeking a senior professional with extensive experience in planning and billing for civil projects.

The role involves preparing detailed baseline and updated schedules, resource-loaded plans, and procurement calendars, with close tracking of progress, milestone achievement, and recovery actions. The ideal candidate has a B.Tech in Civil and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, capable of handling MIS, budget projections, and commercial compliance across projects.

• Min 12+ years of experience in civil projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedules, monthly schedule updates, resource-loaded plans, procurement schedules, monitor baseline vs. actual progress, milestone achievement, and recovery plans.
• Prepare PCE, ABP, budget & cash flow projections, client bills review, PRW reconciliation, subcontractor bills, work order approvals, cost variance analysis, and commercial compliance.
• Review and finalise MIS, MRM, QRM presentations, progress reports, circulate MOM & action trackers and provide management dashboards.
• Monitor manpower deployment, identify shortages, plan procurement activities, verify quantities as per drawings, coordinate material deliveries with vendors, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Verify work quantities, client and subcontractor bills, NMR/PRW bills, receivable collections, payable reconciliation, deviation approvals, and quantity verification for work orders.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants and vendors, review project correspondence, follow up on shop drawings, provide audit data, ensure timely submission of reports/documents.
• Conduct physical stock reviews, minimise surplus inventory, enhance reporting accuracy.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

1. Prepare baseline schedules, monthly schedule updates, resource-loaded plans, procurement schedules, monitor baseline vs. actual progress, milestone achievement, DPR/WPR analysis, and recovery plans.

2. Prepare PCE, ABP, budget & cash flow projections, client bills review (DI, VI, EOT, Escalation), PRW reconciliation, subcontractor bills, work order approvals, cost variance (LMPS) analysis, and commercial compliance.

3. Review and finalise MIS, MRM, QRM presentations, progress review reports, circulate MOM & action trackers and provide management dashboards.

4. Monitor manpower deployment, identify shortages, plan procurement activities, verify PR/SR quantities as per GFC drawings, coordinate material deliveries with vendors, and optimise resource utilisation.

5. Verify work done quantities, client and subcontractor bills, NMR/PRW bills, receivable collections, payable reconciliation, deviation approvals, and quantity verification for work orders.
