Job summary

Kirby Building Systems seeks a professional with 8–12 years of experience in PEB/Industrial/Commercial building sectors to manage contracts and coordinate PMG schedules. The role requires reading and interpreting drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and strong ERP/SAP knowledge.

This position emphasizes cross-functional coordination, customer relations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in PEB/Industrial/Commercial Buildings with contract management and project coordination.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings is required.
• ERP knowledge, SAP would be given preference.

JOB SUMMARY

Incumbent should have 8-12 years of relevant experience, to maintain the activities like Contract management / Coordination of PMG Schedules

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

• Adherence to PMG schedules of various projects allocated.
• Well-versed with contract management and its guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings and analyze drawings.
• Co-ordination with client/consultants.
• Incumbent should possess good Coordination & Collaboration skills with Internal Customers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(Apart from regular activities )

• Customer relations management and customer service.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

1.Technical Knowledge in Civil & Architecture

2.Computer Skills ( MS- Office PowerPoint, Excel and word)

3. Ability to read & interpret Drawings.

4. Knowledge of ERP i.e. SAP would be given preference
