Job summary

Euronics Industries in India is seeking a seasoned EHS/Compliance professional to lead plant safety, environmental compliance and ISO systems. You will drive ZLD compliance, water and waste management, and safety programs across the site, coordinating internal audits and supplier audits.

The ideal candidate has extensive EHS experience in manufacturing and holds ISO/NEBOSH/IOSH certifications. Engineering education and strong regulatory knowledge are preferred for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 57 years manufacturing plant EHS / Safety / Compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Hands-on experience in Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, ZLD, Water Management, Waste Management and statutory compliance.
• Experience in HIRA, JSA, RCA, CAPA and vendor audits.
• ISO Auditor / NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Maintain and improve ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Manage Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) certification and compliance.
• Drive Water Management including consumption tracking, water balance, recycling, reuse, STP/ETP monitoring and reduction initiatives.
• Drive Waste Management covering segregation, storage, disposal and documentation of hazardous, non-hazardous, scrap and recyclable waste through authorized vendors.
• Coordinate annual third-party plant safety audits and closure of observations.
• Drive Internal QMS Digitization, including audits, CAPA, documentation and compliance dashboards.
• Coordinate Green Building Certification requirements.
• Implement Supplier Code of Conduct and conduct supplier/vendor compliance audits.
• Manage complete plant statutory compliance, licences, approvals, renewals and compliance calendar.
• Drive Fire Safety including extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, evacuation plans, mock drills and fire audits.
• Drive Electrical Safety including panels, wiring, earthing, insulation, overload protection and periodic inspections.
• Conduct HIRA/JSA, safety inspections, near‑miss and incident investigations.
• Ensure shop‑floor safety for machinery, welding, chemicals, PPE, material handling and contractors.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and emergency preparedness programs.

Candidate Profile

• 57 years manufacturing plant EHS / Safety / Compliance experience.
