• Experience in switchgear or electrical hardware is preferred.
• Team player with good communication skills.

• Assembly engineering in new product development.
• End‑to‑end product development cycle experience in switchgear.
• Line establishment of new products; yield improvement; cost analysis and control.
• Support to production lines for smooth production completion.
• Ensure system compliance; document SOP, SAP activities, PL, BOM.
• Conduct process and product analyses.
• DFA/PFMEA and MOST analysis knowledge.
• Fixture development.

Key responsibilities

1. Assembly Engineering in New Product Development.
2. End to end experience of Product development cycle preferably in Switchgear industry.
3. Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution online, Cost analysis and cost control of products.
4. Support to Production lines for smooth production completion
5. System compliance & documentation like SOP, SAP Activities, PL (Process Layout) , BOM (Bill of Material) etc
6. Process and product analysis.
7. DFA/PFMEA knowledge, MOST analysis
8. Fixture Development

Functional Competencies

1. Technical competency in Industrialization of New Products.
2. Good Process knowledge in Assembly area like joining processes, POKAYOKE, Testing of Products, SPC, Problem Solving etc.
3. Through knowledge of PFC,PFMEA, DFA, DFM
4. Experience in use of Pro E Software will be added advantage
