Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced quality and manufacturing engineer to address process issues in gear manufacturing, identify tool life improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, FMEA/MSA/SPC capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and improve productivity. Strong knowledge of latest tooling trends and TPM practices is required.

Job description

• Generate Safe working culture.Develop improvement culture.Knowledge of quality systems and adherence through review.Implementation of TPM in Machining.Driving tool cost reduction, Power cost Reduction and productivity improvement projects.
• Benchmark best practices across other plants and industry for manufacturing excellence.Knowledgeable of QS 9000 , DCP, PFMEA, Control Plan.
• Drive Productivity through regular reviews for indicators like OLE, OEE
