Job summary

MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking a dynamic individual to build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs and Contractors in commercial projects. The role focuses on getting Merino products specified in BOQs and drawings, presenting FABs, and coordinating with channel partners for pricing and on-site delivery.

You will visit sites to ensure adherence to Merino guidelines and record data in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs and Contractors to get Merino products specified in BOQs and drawings.
• Explain product FABs (Features, Advantages & Benefits) and drive listing in Architect BOQ and drawings.
• Meet Contractors and close the loop once Architects have specified Merino products.
• Collaborate with Channel partners and Sales team to finalize pricing and ensure product delivery to site.
• Visit sites to ensure correct product application per Merino guidelines and capture visit data in CRM.

Role & responsibilities

• The incumbent will be required to meet and build long term relationships with following influencers in Commercial projects - and get our products specified: Architects / Interior Designers / PMCs / Contractors.
• Talk about our product, their FABs (Features, Advantages & Benefits), and get Merino listed in Architect BOQ, as well as specified in the Drawings.
• Meet Contractors - and close the loop, where Architects have specified.
• Meet Channel partners along with Sales team - and close the loop on pricing, and ensure specified product goes to site.
• Visit sites - and ensure specified product is being applied as per guidelines.
• Ensure that all visit data is captured in our CRM.
• Collaborative working with channel team will be required.
