Qualifikationen

• BE in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance of equipment.
• Ability to coordinate with production during shifts.

Aufgaben

• Look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with Production Officers in shift to solve maintenance problems.
• Delegate work to workmen per plan; attend to breakdowns.
• Document work orders as prescribed.
• Distribute work orders as prescribed.
• Ensure completion of breakdown and planned jobs; cross-verify.
• Ensure safe working conditions and environmental cleanliness.
• Monitor PPE usage and maintain cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and take corrective actions.
• Provide SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Verify and measure vendor bills per ARC/Quotation.
• Act as SHE core team member to identify team members.
• Report incidents/near misses to superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to superiors.
• Cover duties of seniors in their absence.
• Complete preventive maintenance as per schedules.
• Update history records.
• Conduct trainings to the team.

• Co-ordination with Production Officers in shift to solve any maintenance problems.
• Delegation of work to workmen as per planning attending to breakdown jobs.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• Work distribution of work orders as prescribed.
• Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
