Qualifications

• BE required; experience in pharma API maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, EHS guidelines and regulatory audits.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Capex planning and procurement experience.
• Ability to train and lead a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modify API plant equipment to ensure uptime.
• Meet production targets by keeping plant equipment available.
• Investigate issues and close CAPA with QA & EHS.
• Lead CAPEX planning, estimation and execution.
• Manage the maintenance team and coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, EHS and safety norms.
• Oversee contractor management and bill verification.
• Train and lead the team; ensure root-cause analysis practices.
• Familiar with online GMP documentation and audits.
• Maintain equipment like reactors, centrifuges, blenders, mills.

Job Description

Responsible for API plant equipment maintenance. Responsible for uptime of equipment, modifications, change overs.

• Responsible for Maintenance & modification works of API Plant equipment.
• Need to maintain uptime of plant equipment to meet production targets.
• Responsible for investigation and CAPA actions closure in alignment with QA & EHS.
• Should have knowledge in Capex preparations, Estimations, planning and Execution.
• Should have Good skills in team management.
• Should have very good collaboration skills with internal and external stake holders.
• Review & Develop procedures/ sop's to meet current GMP and safety standards.
• Comply with EHS Guidelines and Regulations.
• Should have knowledge in facing EHS & statutory Audits and related documentation.
• Should be good in contractor management, Bills verification.
• Ensure quality work from contractors as per the specifications in timely manner.
• Should have in-depth knowledge in Current safety systems/safe working practices.
• Person should be capable to Train & lead the Team
