Piramal Pharma Solutions in India is seeking an Executive - Engineering to manage shift operations, allocate manpower, coordinate RM/PM, and maintain online documentation to meet market requirements. The role emphasizes compliance with 21 CFR Part and maintaining product quality and data integrity.

The incumbent will implement QEHS policies, ensure sanitation, PPE usage, waste disposal, and operator training while supervising manufacturing and packing activities and updating records in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and manpower allocation
• Coordinate RM/PM arrangement and online documentation
• Maintain department cleanliness and housekeeping
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part and applicable regulations
• Achieve optimum productivity with quality and data integrity
• Ensure implementation of QEHS policy and objectives
• Ensure proper use of PPE and sanitation measures
• Oversee waste disposal and hazardous materials management
• Provide training to operators and workers and maintain records
• Check raw material and packing material availability in SAP
• Update departmental records and close process orders in SAP
• Report incidents to HR and safety department
• Utilize materials, manpower and utilities efficiently to improve productivity
• Ensure proper segregation of materials and maintain clean manufacturing areas
• Monitor machine and area cleanliness after preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety measures and report hazards or near misses
• Prepare and review departmental documents
• Ensure online batch SAP entries and documentation are complete
• Impart training to operators and workers and maintain training records
• Ensure ongoing monitoring of manufacturing and packing activities in the department
