Job summary

OMAM Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified professional to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and related processes. The role emphasizes structured problem solving, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration to translate analysis into practical actions.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and statistical methods (Minitab/Excel) to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements across sites.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality, manufacturing, process engineering or related roles; cross-industry experience is strongly preferred to bring wider practices and perspectives.


• Strong working knowledge of DMAIC, Lean, process mapping, RCA, SPC, MSA, process capability, hypothesis testing and Design of Experiments.


• Excellent communication, facilitation and convincing skills, with the ability to influence process owners and cross-functional teams without formal authority and convert analysis into practical actions.


• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and working knowledge of Minitab or equivalent statistical software; Power BI desirable.


• Strong understanding of business and operational processes; experience across different industries, manufacturing environments or multi-site operations is preferred.
