Schindler Group India invites applications for Deputy Manager - INFRA to lead end-to-end elevator installation projects. You will coordinate with consultants, customers, and cross-functional teams, oversee site operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

1. The candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of methods and processes for elevator installation. 2. The candidate must be capable of participating in discussions with consultants and customers regarding drawings and installation coordination with civil structures, other engineering disciplines, and cross-functional teams. 3. Attend project kick-off meetings with the sales team, as well as periodic project review meetings with customers on-site. Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) and circulate them to stakeholders. 4. Lead project management activities, including determining execution requirements, monitoring overall project execution, and overseeing site operations. 5. Coordinate projects to establish standards, with accountability for the strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. 6. Manage activities related to material procurement, inspection, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery. 7. Possess commercial acumen to monitor project cash flow and follow up with customers for timely payment collection. 8. Ensure projects are on track and scheduled in line with customer requirements. Attend progress meetings with customers to appraise project status and highlight open issues, such as input availability, site readiness, and outstanding payments, to safeguard organizational interests. 9. Implement site safety protocols. 10. Prepare required documentation for engineering submittals. 11. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for periodic correspondence with third parties and customers.
