Job description

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the company’s current and future staffing needs. In addition, this role will design and deliver MIS reports and analytics to provide stakeholders with accurate, timely insights into recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations. The incumbent will work closely with HR Business Partner, Functional Heads, and Executives to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for Manager and above positions, while ensuring data-driven decision making.

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: HR Head

Interacts with:

External – Candidates, manpower vendors, consultants, service providers, colleges for recruitment

Internal – Stakeholders, discipline leaders, HRBPs, associates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Recruitment & Hiring
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional heads to define hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources, vendors, and institutions.
  • Oversee candidate identification, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure diversity and quality in candidate pipelines through structured vendor and outreach management.
MIS Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly MIS reports on recruitment status, open positions, time‑to‑hire, and cost‑per‑hire.
  • Develop dashboards in Excel/Power BI to track hiring progress, attrition, and manpower planning.
  • Provide HRBPs with unit‑level reports covering recruitment funnel metrics, salary benchmarking, and joining pipeline.
  • Conduct variance analysis between planned vs. actual hiring, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
  • Maintain historical recruitment data for trend analysis and forecasting.
Employee Development & Orientation
  • Support departmental orientation programs and ensure new hires receive structured training.
  • Coordinate cross‑training initiatives to build workforce flexibility.
  • Facilitate leadership participation in induction programs to reinforce culture and service standards.
Employee Relations
  • Review discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply open‑door policy to address employee concerns promptly.
  • Partner with Loss Prevention for accident investigations and corrective actions.
Legal & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, documentation, and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain secure employee files and medical records.
  • Represent HR in safety committees and manage Workers’ Compensation claims.
  • Ensure HSSE performance and systematic risk management across recruitment and HR processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / HIRING PROFILE

Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field

Work Experience: 5–8 years of proven HR experience in luxury hospitality, with exposure to MIS reporting and analytics

Knowledge: HR functions, employment laws, recruitment metrics, Excel/Power BI reporting
