Job summary

Featherlite is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to collaborate with department heads, manage the full lifecycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will coordinate onboarding, utilize ATS and hiring tools, and present hiring analytics to leadership.

The role also involves building relationships with internal teams and external vendors to meet ongoing talent needs while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to meet talent needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with policies and regulations.

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with Department Heads to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, helping managers to find, hire and retain quality candidates.
• Conversant with various Hiring tools viz Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc and ATS.
• Managing recruitment database and tracker, use that database to identify qualified candidates if positions are open.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences that set the tone for long-term engagement.
• Post-recruitment activities like releasing offer, Appointment letter, verification of documents, Induction, Probation evaluation etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Time Office, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate employee data flow for new joiners.
• Prepare and present recruitment MIS, dashboards, and analytics on hiring status, turnaround time, cost, and source effectiveness to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment partners, and external vendors to support ongoing talent acquisition needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with organizational policies and applicable labour and employment regulations.
