Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, consulting, reporting, or related field.
• Working knowledge of BRSR reporting and familiarity with major ESG frameworks and standards.
• Understanding of CSR assurance processes and requirements.
• Basic understanding of CSR implementation and project management.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support the preparation and development of BRSR and other ESG disclosures.

• Support the team in BRSR assurance activities, including data validation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of and support reporting aligned with ESG frameworks and standards.
• Assist in planning and implementation of CSR initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for ESG and CSR information.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other management materials related to ESG and CSR.
• Support ongoing ESG and CSR projects and research sustainability trends and reporting requirements.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ESG & CSR professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our ESG reporting, BRSR assurance, and CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting requirements, along with good proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and development of BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report) and other ESG disclosures.
• Assist in ESG data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Support the team in BRSR assurance activities, including data validation, evidence collection, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of and support reporting aligned with relevant ESG frameworks and standards.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of CSR initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for ESG and CSR-related information and documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other management materials related to ESG and CSR.
• Support ongoing ESG and CSR projects and undertake research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Commerce, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
