Job summary

Sattva is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to support the preparation and management of disclosures, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client-specific requirements. You will contribute to drafting ESG reports, deliver high-quality outputs, and gather and analyze data from internal and external partners.

The role requires hands-on ESG reporting experience, proficiency with GRI, BRSR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, and a strong focus on data integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in sustainability reporting or ESG data management.
• Familiarity with global frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, and ISSB.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to drafting ESG and sustainability reports, delivering high‑quality outputs that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain robust processes for data accuracy, documentation, and reporting integrity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery and smooth project operations.
• Facilitate coordination across teams to meet reporting deadlines.
• Stay informed about evolving trends and best practices in the sustainability domain.
• Support benchmarking and gap analyses to identify opportunities to enhance sustainability reporting practices.
• Provide inputs to improve frameworks, templates, and reporting processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or corporate sustainability roles.
• Proven proficiency in ESG ratings, assessments, and BRSR reporting aligned with global ESG frameworks.
• Expertise in multiple global and regional frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, and ISSB.
• Strong orientation toward quality of deliverables, timelines, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare insights, and contribute to reporting narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
