Job summary

Sattva is seeking a seasoned Sustainability Consultant to drive ESG integration and strategy engagements for diverse client projects in India. You will analyze ESG data, conduct ratings, benchmarking, and gap analyses to deliver actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain data integrity, and develop robust methodologies and advisory tools that advance client ESG performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG integration, ESG ratings, corporate sustainability, or ESG advisory.
• Strong focus on quality, timelines, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze ESG data and develop strategic client recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ESG frameworks and standards (BRSR, GRI, ISSB, SASB, CSRD, TCFD) and their application.
