Evonik India in Thane is seeking a Deputy Manager / Associate Manager - Business Development to drive growth in the Health Care line. You will analyze markets, craft regional strategies, and manage distributor relationships to expand our formulation and excipient footprint.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree with an MBA and 4–5 years of business development, sales analysis, and strategy execution experience, with a track record of stakeholder collaboration and contract oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy with MBA, preferably with experience supporting business development activities in the Formulation/Excipient industry.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales analysis and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategies for growth and implement best practices.
• Handle New Business Development (NBD) activities and manage leads and samples.
• Conduct regional sales analysis and participate in platform audits.
• Handle proposal preparation and contract management.
• Oversee distributor relationships and ensure alignment with regional strategies.

  • Manage CDA (Confidential Disclosure Agreements), contracts, and update OR (Opportunity Records) & CR (Customer Records) after every customer interaction.
• New Business Development (NBD)
  • Utilize conventional and innovative techniques to drive NBD efforts.
  • Share best practices for business development.
  • Manage leads and samples effectively.
  • Update OR & CR after every customer interaction.
• Special Responsibilities

  • Participate in platform audits and prepare strategies for regional growth.

Education & Experience
