Job summary

Evonik India in Thane is seeking a Deputy Manager / Associate Manager - Business Development to lead new business development and regional growth in Health Care. You will manage CDA, contracts, and CRM records after customer interactions, and drive NBD using conventional and innovative techniques.

The role requires 4-5 years in business development, sales analysis, and strategy implementation, with an educational background in Pharmacy and an MBA.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy with an MBA, preferably with experience supporting business development activities in the Formulation/Excipient industry.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales analysis, and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategies for growth and implement best practices.
• Handle regional sales analysis and reporting.
• Manage CDA, contracts, and update opportunity and customer records after every interaction.
• New Business Development (NBD) utilizing conventional and innovative techniques.

• Manage CDA (Confidential Disclosure Agreements), contracts, and update OR (Opportunity Records) & CR (Customer Records) after every customer interaction.
• New Business Development (NBD) Utilize conventional and innovative techniques to drive NBD efforts.
• Share best practices for business development.
• Manage leads and samples effectively.
• Update OR & CR after every customer interaction.

Special Responsibilities

• Conduct regional sales analysis and reporting.
• Participate in platform audits and prepare strategies for regional growth.
• Handle proposal preparation and contract management.

Distributor Management

Oversee distributor relationships and ensure alignment with regional strategies.

Education & Experience
