Job summary

Trane Technologies in India is seeking a service professional to commission, service, and support chillers and HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will handle commissioning, repairs, customer follow-ups, and coordination with service teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include leading safety-focused meetings, performing preventive maintenance, and generating service reports.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems.
• Hands-on experience in chiller servicing, installation, warranty tasks, and AMC support.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and service requests effectively.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email tools, and internet-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong commitment to EHS standards and quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
• Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
• Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.
• Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for manpower deployment and parts requirements.
• Leading weekly team meetings focused on safety, site audits, and pending work.
• Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with the monthly plan.
• Handling service requirements and complaints for all chiller models and low-side systems as per guidelines.
• Performing timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per company SOP.
• Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.
• Ensuring full adherence to Trane EHS guidelines.
• Managing customer service requirements professionally and efficiently.
• Generating leads during service interactions.
• Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of service tasks.
• Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM.
• Sharing service reports with the deployer, including required parts.
• Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.
• Following all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
• Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty work, and AMC services.
• Using MS Office, email, and internet tools effectively for daily reporting and documentation.
