Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a pricing analyst to monitor GPO pricing systems (Vendavo and Salesforce), support pricing operations, and drive improvements within global pricing strategy.

You will analyze requests, translate them into actionable tasks for the Shared Service Team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure pricing records align with policies; a bachelor’s degree is required.

• Experience with SAP, Vendavo or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to analyze business requests and translate into actionable tasks.
• Experience supporting pricing operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle GPO pricing systems (Vendavo and Salesforce).
• Assist with pricing process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support SAP pricing rollout and pricing policy alignment.
• Coordinate with Shared Services for timely pricing tasks.
• Prepare pricing analytics and audit documentation.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle issues related to GPO pricing systems (Vendavo and Salesforce)
• Work on process improvement/new enhancement ideas related to systems to support the processing team for faster execution.
• Support future new system implementation or upgrade to existing systems as per MT pricing strategy.
• Handling projects related to pricing administration process.
• Support blue ocean rollin on to SAP.
• Support the execution team and coordinate with Global Pricing shared services manager to fulfill MT pricing operations and strategy execution.
• Work with ambiguous data and issues to identify needed courses of action.
• Ability to Analyze business requests and translate into task requirements delegated to Shared Service Team for timely fulfillment.
• Prioritization of tasks to separate out business critical from routine.
• Ensure SAP/Vendavo pricing records are implemented consistently and accurately in alignment with global pricing policies.
• Support annual price increase process by ensuring smooth functioning of systems.
• Maintain appropriate process documentation and controls to Support internal/External audit inquiries.
• Provide pricing analytics support as and when required.
