Qualifications

Job description

Develop Quick Action Jig concepts, 3D Modelling & Detailing and Creation of Manufacturing Drawings with DFM in in UG N X software.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project requirements.

Test and evaluate fixtures for performance and quality.

Identify areas for improvement in fixture designs.

Able to understand the customer requirements and proactive planning.

Co-ordinate with onsite coordinator to get design concepts approval from customer.

Quality check of deliverables with First Time Right and On Time Delivery

Defect Analysis and continuous improvement on tool designs/concepts.

Should have Expertise in UG N X with Advanced functions and surface features.

Able to guide and lead the team.

Should have Good Analytical Skills

Skills and Competencies :

CAD Software Expertise (e.g., Siemens NX, AutoCAD) Drafting and reviewing detailed fixture designs and manufacturing drawings.

Understanding of GD&T Applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing for precise part definition.

Material & Finish Knowledge Choosing optimal materials and surface finishes based on fixture use cases.

Manufacturing Processes Familiarity with machining, welding, Special processes, and assembly line integration.

Pneumatic - Knowledge of Pneumatic & Automation in fixturing elements.
