Chandigarh University - HR Department is seeking a capable counsellor to manage daily counselling operations and handle student enquiries across multiple channels. You will supervise a team of counsellors, guide them to maintain high-quality counselling, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily counselling operations and ensure effective handling of student enquiries across communication channels.
• Supervise, guide, and support a team of counsellors to ensure quality counselling and timely follow-ups.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programmes, eligibility, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
• Ensure systematic follow-up with prospective students to facilitate applications, admissions, and enrolment.
• Monitor enquiry allocation, counselling records, application progress, and student engagement through CRM and MIS reports.
• Track counsellor productivity, follow-up effectiveness, enquiry-to-application progression, and admission outcomes.
• Handle complex student queries, escalations, and parent concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Academic Departments, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve student queries.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, training sessions, and counselling quality assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and adherence to university admission processes and guidelines.
• Identify gaps in the counselling process and recommend improvements in response time, student experience, and operational efficiency.
• Support admission campaigns, open houses, campus visits, webinars, and student engagement activities.
• Maintain a professional and student-centric counselling environment that strengthens the university’s reputation.
