Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR branch activities which cover recruitment, employee engagement and compliances

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment strategies to source and attract talent, interview co-ordination, offer negotiation and closure
• Key recruitment metrics like TAT, offer ratio and onboarding
• Monitor employee attrition and execute retention strategies in co-ordination with Central HR team
• Co-ordinate employee engagement programs, address employee concerns.
• Oversee branch administration activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations

Qualifications :

• Masters in HR
