Job summary

Corporate Recruitment Partner in India is seeking a Senior Logistics Leader to spearhead end-to-end domestic and export logistics, ensuring timely transportation, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.

You will leverage SAP MM/SD, Excel, and Power BI to improve turnaround time, service levels, and operational transparency, while coordinating with transporters, ports, and customs to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA/PG preferred in supply chain or logistics
• 14–20 years in logistics, with minimum 5 years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of Motor Vehicle Act, e-way bill rules, permits and compliance
• Established transport network with carriers, trailer operators and shipping lines
• Hands-on port and customs exposure: CFS operations, gate-in, CHA coordination
• Experience in e-tendering, reverse auctions and freight benchmarking
• Proficiency in SAP MM/SD; strong Excel; Power BI preferred

To lead end-to-end domestic and export logistics operations by ensuring efficient transportation, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization while leveraging SAP and digital tools to improve turnaround time (TAT), service levels, and operational transparency.

• Education: Any Graduate; MBA / PG in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
• Experience: 14-20 years in logistics (preferably in export-oriented manufacturing); minimum 5 years in a Lead role
• RTO Knowledge: Strong understanding of Motor Vehicle Act, e-way bill rules, permits, and compliance
• Transport Network: Established network with transporters, trailer operators, and shipping lines
• Port & Customs Exposure: Hands-on experience in CFS operations, container gate-in, CHA coordination, and port documentation
• Tendering Expertise: Experience in e-tendering, reverse auctions, and freight benchmarking
• Systems: Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules); strong Excel skills; Power BI preferred
