Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of software development experience, expertise in Java/Go/Python/Node.js, and a track record with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Build at Scale

• Design and develop scalable backend services and distributed systems
• Drive low-level design independently and contribute to architectural decisions

Own Critical Systems

• Take end-to-end ownership of services — from design to production
• Improve monitoring, alerting, uptime, and engineering hygiene
• Lead debugging, RCA, and long-term reliability improvements
• Write clean, modular, production-grade code
• Apply strong DS & Algo fundamentals to real-world systems
• Use AI tools effectively while maintaining strong engineering judgment
• Raise the quality bar through code reviews and technical discussions
