Job summary

Angel-and-Genie is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee franchise acquisition and business growth in the Maharashtra region. The successful candidate will manage over 50 franchises and lead a direct team of 10+ members, ensuring strong franchisee relationships and business growth.

Applicants should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in Banking, Insurance, or Telecom, with proven team handling skills. Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 4-5 years in Banking, Insurance or Telecom with experience in franchise management.
• Experience in team handling with a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new franchisees.
• Oversee new admissions for franchisees & registrations.
• Retain existing franchisees.
• Responsible for business growth in the region.
• Manage PnL accountability for the state.

Experience and skills required:

• 10 +years, of relevant years
• Candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years ofexperience in Banking, insurance or Telecom with an experience infranchise or dealer appointment with a team handling experience of 3+years is a must.
• Good People/ Franchisee management skills
• Excellent presentationskills
• The Ideal candidate will be travelling within Maharashtra – Pune,Western Maharashtra, Thane - Navi Mumbai – Kalyan (NewMumbai regions).
• Language proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi
