Job summary

Jobgether, a partner-led role in India, seeks a Deployment Strategist to drive AI pilot and production deployments. You will work with enterprise customers to translate complex workflows into actionable plans, own the deployment lifecycle, and ensure measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders, monitor AI agents post-launch, and identify additional use cases and expansions. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers in India to understand processes, environments, constraints, pain points, and success criteria.
• Define scopes, success metrics, integration requirements, and deployment plans for AI pilots and production rollouts.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for engineering and product teams to execute.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Support production launches and validate deployed solutions deliver value.
• Monitor deployed AI agents and identify improvements from real-world feedback and use cases.
• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure adoption of deployed solutions.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deployment Strategist based in India.

This role is focused on turning enterprise AI initiatives into successful, production-ready deployments.

You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows, systems, constraints, and desired outcomes.

The position sits at the intersection of customer strategy, engineering, product, and execution.

You will translate complex requirements into clear scopes, deployment plans, and measurable success criteria.

From discovery and pilots through production rollout, you will own progress, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned.

You will also monitor deployed AI agents, identify improvement opportunities, and uncover additional use cases for customers.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership environment suited to someone who enjoys ambiguity, technical problem-solving, and delivering tangible customer impact.

Accountabilities

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand business processes, workflows, technical environments, constraints, pain points, and success criteria.
• Define clear scopes, success metrics, integration requirements, and deployment plans for AI pilots and production rollouts.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans that engineering and product teams can execute effectively.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expected outcomes.
• Track project progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers, taking ownership of resolving issues or escalating them when necessary.
• Support production launches and validate that deployed solutions are functioning as intended and delivering measurable customer value.
• Monitor deployed AI agents and use real-world performance and customer feedback to identify follow-up improvements.
• Maintain close relationships with customer stakeholders and help ensure successful adoption of deployed solutions.
• Identify additional customer use cases, opportunities for expansion, and ways to increase the value delivered by AI-powered systems.
• Spend time onsite with customers when required, working through real-world technical and operational constraints and helping teams navigate complex questions.
• Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ambiguous problems require practical solutions, strong judgment, and a bias toward action.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a deployment-focused, technical, execution-oriented, or comparable role.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify priorities, and turn complex requirements into concrete and actionable plans.
• Comfortable understanding and discussing technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, integrations, and system architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to maintain alignment across customers, engineering, product, and other teams.
• High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying problems, taking initiative, and driving work through to completion.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and in building, deploying, and improving AI-powered systems in real-world environments.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environments where priorities can evolve quickly.
• A background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles is a plus.
• Prior hands-on software engineering experience is advantageous.
• Experience supporting production software launches or enterprise deployments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and domains quickly.
