Job summary

Bizquad Consultants seeks a seasoned AI/solutions architect to partner with customers, understand operational challenges, and translate them into actionable technical designs. You will build AI-powered systems that integrate with customer environments and deliver measurable results.

As a leader in deploying complex solutions, you will own deployments, ensure reliability and performance, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ship

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical problem-solving roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to solution scoping, discovery workshops, or AI/technical strategy in collaboration with sales, product, or delivery teams.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and system design.
• Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.
• High-agency mindset: you don't wait for perfect requirements and are comfortable creating clarity, proposing direction, and driving decisions.
• Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Comfort working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems.
• Curiosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice.
